The rules of the agora. Every participant, volunteer and guest is expected to read and abide by them. Taking part implies acceptance of all of the below.

Section I

General Guidelines

Reporting · Registration · Conduct of the day
  • Reporting and registration is at 7:30 A.M. sharp on the respective event day.
  • All participants must register at the registration desk before admission.
  • Each participating school must be represented by two student representatives, who must remain present throughout the fest.
  • Participants must be accompanied by a Teacher-in-Charge.
  • All participants must be in proper school uniform throughout the fest unless specified otherwise.
  • Participants must carry a valid School ID Card at registration and during the fest. If unavailable, a School Calendar (2026–27) or a Bona Fide Certificate issued by the school may be produced.
  • Volunteers, attendees and non-participating students must also adhere to the prescribed dress code and carry valid identification.

Communication & Coordination

How updates reach you
  • Official communication about the fest and individual events is conveyed through authorized channels, including designated WhatsApp groups.
  • School representatives are expected to use these platforms for clarifications, updates and coordination.
  • Internet access / Wi-Fi may not be provided by the host school — participants are advised to arrange their own mobile data if required.
Section III

Security Protocols

Checks & prohibited items

Participants and attendees must consent to security checks, frisking, and inspection of bags and belongings at entry, during the stay, or on exit from the venue. The following items are strictly prohibited within the campus premises:

  • Drugs or narcotics without prescription
  • Cigarettes, tobacco products, hookah or e-cigarettes
  • Alcohol or intoxicating substances
  • Sharp, hazardous or dangerous objects
  • Unauthorized props or equipment
  • Packaged food and beverages
  • Any objectionable or prohibited items

Any prohibited item found in possession may be confiscated and not returned. Serious violations may result in denial of entry, expulsion from the venue, and notification to the concerned school authorities.

Section IV

Conduct & Liability

Behaviour · belongings · property
  • Participants are expected to maintain discipline, decorum and respectful behaviour throughout the fest.
  • The use of unfair means, misconduct, inappropriate behaviour, or violation of school/fest regulations shall not be tolerated.
  • Participants are responsible for the safety of their personal belongings. The host school shall not be held liable for any loss, theft or damage to personal property.
  • Any damage caused to school property during the fest shall be the responsibility of the concerned participant and/or school, and necessary action may be taken accordingly.
Section V

Authority, Amendments & Disclaimer

The final word
  • The decisions of the Judges, Security Heads, Core Committee and School Authorities shall be final and binding.
  • Any grievance or issue concerning the fest must be brought to the notice of the Core Committee, whose decision shall be deemed final.
  • The organizing committee reserves the right to modify, amend or introduce rules and protocols with prior notice to participating schools.
  • Participation implies acceptance of all rules, regulations and protocols laid down by the organizing committee.
  • All rights related to event coverage, publication and media associated with the fest remain reserved with the organizing committee.
